At WeDoLaundry, we know It’s important for us to do our part when it comes to the safety of our customers and team members in light of the current global health concerns. I thought it would be appropriate to reach out to you as we understand many families in Greater Vancouver trust us for the cleaning of their laundry. Please be aware, the following are the things that we are doing to take care of your health and safety.

How WeDoLaundry Is Taking Care Of Your Laundry?

• All our team members are now using masks, and gloves all through the day.
• All customer’s clothes are being washed & packed separately.
• We are using disinfectants regularly to keep washers and dryers clean.
• Increased drying times as possible to ensure germs are killed.
• Disabled Cash On Pickup option for no-contact pickup and deliveries.

We have stocked up on our cleaning supplies so that you continue to have access to our services. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the recommendations provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada.

One last thing please use our notes column to let the driver know the location of laundry while ordering, and we will pick it up and drop off there. Always remember we are there to pick up and drop your clothes so that you don't need to step out of the house.
